The Catholic Worker Movement

Catholic Worker Farms

Peter Maurin's vision for the Catholic Worker Movement included farms that he called Agronomic Universities. These early efforts were not often successful.

In recent years there has been a resurgence of Catholic Worker farms. The communities listed here are involved in farming or agriculture in some way. Peter's "Green Revolution" is a growing reality in the Catholic Worker Movement.
